I've connected tableau with salesforce and found out tableau is not reading all fields especially those with V_Wstring and field length 1300. Help would be much appreciated.

Depending on the field type, not all SFDC fields will be shown (i.e. formula). The best step is to export all tables to a data warehouse and recreate the calculations that you need.
