Ranking a transaction by Asset number?

Hello All,

I have a file which contains a number of assets with their unique ID, Then each asset has a transaction number for activities such as incoming, transit and outgoing, which is again unique.

I want to rank each transaction happening in the asset, such that

Asset 1     1

                 2

Asset 2     1

                 2

                 3

etc..

I have attached a sample sheet, could you please help me solve this issue for me?
