Pass range filters in the URL?

Hi,

I have a quantitative filters / range filter, which I would like to pass in the URL, But i am not able to find a way to pass it.

Has anyone encountered similar issue. The minimum value the filter holds is 0 and max is 10.

Any help in this would be really great.
