How apply for all Quarters

HI i have below Calculation to get Previous year numbers But it is giving me only one number for all previous Quarters. I think below Picture will explain more.

If

Datediff('year',datetrunc('year',[Dte Rcvd Refl]),

{max(datetrunc('quarter',[Dte Rcvd Refl])-1)}) =1

then ([Idn Refl Cwis])

END

But i want all Quarters displayed their own numbers May i know how can i change to dynamic Calculations
