Does Tableau have the ability to selectively update data?
Here an example that hopefully makes sense.
I currently use a geo-spatial map to display a ton of data in the US. The data is not static and needs to be updated semi regularly. It is a LOT of data, so reloading it all the time isn't an option. I find many times I will be looking at this data and only need to see a regions data. Is there a way I can select the region and only refresh that data so the load is as minimal as possible?
