Visualization Design Help

Hi there,

 

I just started using Tableau and I would like to ask for your help regarding visualization design.

 

I have currently produced a visualization below and I would like to ask for your help if it is possible to change the color of the bar above the average line.

    You can do this as well. Change background color instead of bar color.
