Action filter between two dashborads conflict with quick filter

Hi

I have a dataset that have a collection of systems (>20K) and many time series for each system.

I attached a very simplified workbook with 9 systems (a-i) and two time series (valx and valy).

I have two stand-alone dashboards:

- Dashboard 1 shows a scatter plot of the mean of the time series for each system.

- Dashboard 2 allows selecting a system via a quick filter and shows  the two time series for that system in two separate plots (both sheets share the quick filter).

Now I want to link both dashboards in the following way:

-When a system is clicked in Dashboard 1, the user can jump to Dashboard 2. The two sheets in Dashborad 2 are then filtered to show the time series corresponding to the selected system.

-I achieve this by using a dashboard select action filter, works fine...

The issue:

After using the dashboard action filter, the quick-filter in dashboard 2 seems to not longer work. When changing the quick filter selection, only one of the plots is linked to the filter.  Notice that before using the dashboard action the quick filter works for both plots.

I wonder how to solve the conflict between the action filter and the quick filter.

I though in the direction of using a parameter plus a calculated field, but did not find a proper solution. Moreover, that seems to be very slow compared to the quick filter when I have my real dataset. Also when using a parameter list I cannot do partial text search in the options, which is a burden when I have >20k systems.
