I would like to see multiple calculations over three different periods of time for multiple clients in one view. Is this possible

I am looking to see multiple calculations over multiple date ranges. Is this possible to do in one view? I only know how to do it using one period of time. Any help would be super appreciated. I've attached an excel example for what I am looking for. Let me know if i can provide more details.
