My predecessor had a workbook that has been around for about two years, so historically there should be a lot of data on the views the workbook has received. However, I noticed since I became owner the views received begin at the same time ownership changed. Is there a way to grab previous workbook data or prevent this when I pass the workbook over to a junior?

It may be the case that the access to the Server Postgres instance have already been set up so you may just need to be given the user name and password to connect.
