i need help on calculation. let me explain in detail so you can give me an idea how to it.
in my process, there are 3 types of Priority level
1. Critical
2. High
3. Medium
My Data source will on show if the data available, like for e.g, if there is no critical incident , you wont be able to see the word critical itself in the report.
now the question is, since there is no critical category in my report but i still want to show critical "0".
how do i do it ?
Currently, because there is no critical category in my filter options, i exclude "high" and "medium" to show critical as no data
but i want to show as "0". I've attached the sample report.
