Showing which time the phone was answered. - rank rows by the number of reprazentation

Hi :)

I have a table with phone calls.

On each line I have the customer's name and the received / missed status. Rows are grouped by the date. We call one customer until he answer a call, Some customers do not answer the first time.

I want to make a graph that shows how many customers have picked up which phone call.

In excel, I ranked rows by number of reprazentation and then count it. Then I filtered the 'answer' status and made a graph from this data.

How to do something like that in the tableau?

My biggest unknown is how to rank rows by the number of reprazentation.
