Is it possible to Colour Columns with different colour depending on specific criteria?

It requires some jedi trickery at this point, but it is certainly possible. The typical approach is to trick Tableau by using a dual (or multiple) axis setup. As Shawn said, Jonathan Drummey has a great tutorial here:
