Median with Quartiles, Tableau calculation seems to be incorrect

Data:

Manual Calculation Result:

Tableau Result:

    Hello Sri,

     

    As you found, it looks strange.

     

    I tested and it seems that, only boxplot gives the same result as your manual calculation, while others don't.

    Have no idea why
