Hello. I need to make a backup of Tableau Server, however there is not enough space on the source HD, I have another HD on the machine with enough space. I would like to know how to back up this Hd and then recover it in the new installation of Tableau Server. Thank you.

Hi André,
Pointing the backup to another location is a bit of a tricky one in TSM money - You need to amend the default filepaths set using tsm filepaths (found here: tsm File Paths - Tableau ) - this is where you're able to amend the filepath and point it to your non-standard drive location.

My process of finding this is: Back up Tableau Server data - Tableau & then tsm maintenance - Tableau, then finally the filepaths locations.
