Adding a URL action  to  button object in the dashboard.

My requirement is, I need to add a button to the dashboard, when user clicks this button, I need to show another dashboard (in a different workbook) in different browser tab.

Is that doable? If so, can you share your thoughts?

Any help will be appreciated.
