I have a workbook that uses specific brand fonts. It looks fine on the desktop, and when I publish it to the server, most of the workbook looks as expected. However, there are a few sheets on one of the dashboards where the font shows up completely different than it should. The same font displays perfectly in other parts of the workbook, even in other parts of the same dashboard. The font error is consistent when I refresh, and even when another user view the workbook from their computer. Why is it that only a few sheets are affected??

i have been facing same issue on our on-pre server, in the same dashboard some of the sheet render the custom font exactly how i want to be but in the same dashboard some other sheet not rendering the custom font. it looks like no stability in tableau server to render the custom font properly.
as read from the above comment from the tableau team is that if you want font to be rendered correctly need to use WedSafe font, not the organization custom fonts, so in this way tableau is not organization friendly for custom fonts.
