Actually My tableau representative sent me the new creator server key and explorer server key as I am changing from tableau desktop to tableau creator, its basically a role based licensing model. Now while doing this upgrade since I got new server keys should I activate the license key for current version of Tableau server which is 10.5.1 or should I uninstall the current version and install the tsm version which is 2019.1.3 and then activate the license keys?

I don't understand the question you're asking. You said you are changing from "Tableau Desktop to Tableau Creator" but those are two separate things. Tableau Desktop is the software you install on your computer to build Tableau workbooks. Tableau Creator is a type of license. You also mentioned Tableau Server, which is another separate software component. Can you clarify what you are trying to do?
