How to create a calculated field between two sheets

I have two separate sheets that have filtered data. I would like to take each sheet of filtered data to create a new sheet to give me a percentage of time.

The situation: I have a subset of employees (supervisors) that spend part of their day on the "watch desk". I want to carve out only our supervisors and then create a table that shows the % of their day on the desk. Additionally, this time should only count their regular hours (not OT, credit, etc) and has only to count time where the watch desk is NOT combined with another position. I've attached my workbook thus far.
