Hello Everyone! I'm a Tableau Newbie😊 and I'm working with the Superstore Dataset. I'm trying to visualize the worst performing sub-categories within each region. I have been able to visualize all the sub categories within these regions and I can see the worst performing ones but I am unable to sort the sub-categories in each region individually. I want to sort them in ascending order, so that when anyone looks at the viz, they can easily tell the worst performing ones in the region, but trying to sort one region automatically distorts the others. Please help! Here is a screenshot of when I try to sort using "central".

Hi, in this case there is a small problem, because a sub-category could be the best in one region, but the second or third in another one, so the order would get "messed" as you have noticed.

So, you have two options, one is to move region from columns shelf to rows shelf before subcategory and sort. The other way, could be using a rank. I am attaching a workbook for this option.

If this post resolves the question, would you be so kind to "Select as Best"?. This will help other users find the same answer/resolution and help community keep track of answered questions. Thank you.
