Is there anyway I can get the graph attached not to be stacked

 

I don't want to have the years on the top of the graph because it sorts the graph by year when I really want to see the categories next to each other by year

    I'm not sure I understand, in particular, what do you mean that some are shown twice? In all cases there is exactly one color per year and the percentage values are at a yearly level (i.e. each year sums to 100%, in fact I didn't change the table calculation at all). I agree these several of these are confusing with the sample data, perhaps a mark type other than bar would work better? Oh, maybe I left an option out. You could add year (or category) to the rows shelf.

     

    If you could draw a picture of what you want, I'm certain I could help to create the view. I rarely see this done (which is surprising since pretty much every cellphone has both a camera and email at this point), but it can be a giant help toward demonstrating a vision or requirements when you are limited to 3 lines of text.
