Summarize values based on a group

Hello All,

I am trying to summarize the values based on the Time group. I am looking for a solution like :

Less than 5 minutes = Count Bookingid

Between 5 minutes and 10 minutes = Count bookingid

Between 10 minutes and 15 minutes =Count Bookingid

Over 15 minutes = Count booking

Late (negative values)= Count Booking
