Chart automatically summing numbers-- do not want this

Hi,

I am trying to create a chart that shows, by team, the budgeted and forecasted headcount. Tableau is automatically summing the numbers in my chart though, which is making each team larger than they actually are. Can someone help me show these numbers in the chart not as sums (the final December numbers should be the values that the chart shows)? Thanks!
