When checking the challenge, I keep getting the following response:
We can't find that the ‘Manage Job Applications’ permission set grants read access and edit access to all Job Application fields, except edit access for Position and Candidate.
I get this even though it looks like I have the proper permissions set. Here is what my screen looks like.

Thank you all for your responses. I found that using the special Developer Edition org helped me complete this step. Upon reviewing the module steps again, I realized that setting up the Developer Edition org with sample data is the first step, which I had initially missed. Once I set that up, completing the module went smoothly.
I did not get a chance to try installing the package "04t0P000000N9rs," so I cannot comment on how that might have helped.
