"This is a common issue with the Tableau-Salesforce connector, often related to API limits, OAuth token expiration, or object schema changes.

1- Try the following steps to fix it:

Re-authenticate OAuth: Go to Tableau, edit your Salesforce connection, and sign in again to refresh the OAuth token.

    2- Check API Permissions:

Ensure the Salesforce user profile used for the connection has the "API Enabled" permission checked.

    3- Schema Changes:

If any custom fields were recently deleted or modified in Salesforce, it will break the extract. Refresh your data source schema in Tableau.

    4- Apply Filters:

If the extract size is massive, Salesforce might enforce a query timeout. Try filtering the extract to fetch a smaller date range or subset of data."
