I have a Tableau Prep flow that I've published in Tableau Cloud. All of my personal settings are set to receive email alerts. I can subscribe to a flow but I only want to know if it fails. I've seen Tableau documentation where this should be automatic yet I have never received emails from tableau when my flows fail in tableau cloud or anywhere for that matter.

Also, I am using a live connection to my hourly flow's datasource so I can't explore the extract suggestion.
