Hi,    I noticed that URL action's New Browser Tab option is working as supposed to in Tableau desktop – you open as many links as you want from dashboard and each one of them would open in different tab. When dashboard is published in cloud this option does not work anymore and if you want to open a second link and you have one link already opened it will overwrite existing one instead of opening as a new tab. Does anybody encounter the same issue? How to resolve this? Thanks

It's possible that this is due to how Tableau Cloud and your browser handle URL actions rather than an issue with the dashboard itself.

I've seen cases where the "New Browser Tab" option works as expected in Tableau Desktop, but once published to Tableau Cloud, the browser reuses an existing tab instead of opening a new one. This can be influenced by browser settings, pop-up behavior, or Tableau Cloud's handling of URL actions.

I'd suggest testing in a different browser and also checking whether the behavior is the same for other users. If it is, it may be a Tableau Cloud limitation rather than a dashboard configuration issue.

Has anyone else in your organization tested the published dashboard and seen the same behavior? That would help determine whether it's environment-specific or a broader Tableau Cloud issue.
