I'm the CS Program Manager for the company focused on training, adoption, expansion, and cross-sell initiatives. However, there's a gap on our revops team, and a need in our company for Salesforce Admins. Since I already have a decade of experience using the tool, what would be the most efficient path to becoming a Salesforce Admin?

Hi Matthew - I would recommend the Admin trails/badges on Trailhead as your first stop.  There are many Quick Look/Quick Start badges that give you a general sense of how things work and then more in depth badges to work on depending on what topics you're interested in.

My suggestion would be to start with this Trail for learning:

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/trails/force_com_admin_beginner

Then, this trail is great for understanding the ethos of the Salesforce ecosystem (if you're unfamiliar):

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/trails/build-your-admin-career-on-salesforce

Then, if certification is on your radar, some common resources are Focus on Force (

https://k2university.com/salesforce/) and Mike Wheeler's admin course on Udemy.
