Hi!
Since the Snowflake Key Pair enrollment, we have deprecated every user via password.
This change has made that a Tableau Flow we have is constantly failing because the credentials, so we are trying to update them as Key Pair or Oauth, but when updating it takes forever.
Also, on the connections settings, we can only set up this connection via user and password.
How can we resolve this?
For more context, this flow connects our internal company hierarchy data with the tableau metadata (access, events, favorites...) to analy every department acceses and usage, so, if there are any workaround to tableau flow, I'm also glad to know it!

I'm trying to log using password (but with MFA), but this error appears and I don't know where to add the passcode :(

Hi, When using key pair authentication, creating connections ->datasources/workbook/flows or editting connections datasources/workbook/flows directly from Tableau Cloud is not possible.
To use snowflake key pair authentication with Tableau Cloud, you must use the desktop aplications (Tableau Prep Builder, Tableau Desktop).
a. Add your key pair to your account settings:
https://help.tableau.com/current/online/en-us/snowflake_key_pair_auth.htmb. Open your flow, make sure to use the key pair authentication using the same key pair you have stored in your account settings.
c. When publishing, make sure to embed credentials, and select the key pair you have stored in your account settings.
