Does anyone have information regarding Einstein Activity Capture? I have a question: once EAC is enabled and Outlook or Gmail is connected within the org, and an event is created in Outlook or an email, that event should then appear in Salesforce. My question is, how is this event stored? Is it a Salesforce event record, or are the values hosted in AWS? In this link they have mentioned events are stored inside the salesforce. Hi @Aravindkumar Anbarasan Einstein Activity Capture stores your calendar events directly in Salesforce, but captured emails are stored externally in AWS.
