I want to create a custom legend for the box plot where I see the open black circle as the Hold Time and the closed blue circle as the Turn Around Time. Thanks!

You can make a custom legend view by pasting those two measure names from the clipbpoard and assigning them colored shapes, then add that legend view to your dashboard. TWBX attached.
