Question: Is it possible that Agentforce In-Person Meeting Assistant can actually answer Salesforce product questions (or any product details in Data 360) in real-time, as a screen prompt or end of an in-person meeting summary, if the Sales Rep needs help in the meeting? 

 

When in face-face-meetings with B2B customers, you want to answer every product detail and specification in the meeting that a customer may ask.  It's still great that there is a follow up email summary and answers to questions sent post meeting.

  

Post-Meeting (Analysis & CRM Sync)

  • Automated Summaries: The tool generates call summaries and highlights key action items, including mentions of products, pricing, or customer objections.
  • Actionable Data: The structured notes are synced directly to Conversation Intelligence (formerly Einstein Conversation Insights), ensuring the conversation is captured within the relevant Salesforce CRM records.

    - I am the Product Manager owning In-Person Meeting Assistant in Salesforce Mobile App. The goal of the in-person meeting assistant feature is to ensure that the sales rep is paying attention to the conversation while ensuring that none of the insights are "left in the room". The Salesforce Mobile app acts as the silent note-taker while the Sales rep engages fully with the meeting participants. Currently, you are not able to switch to a different app while the transcription is ongoing in the Salesforce Mobile app or you can lock the phone and see the live activity on the lock screen but you cannot open/access Agentforce while the transcription is ongoing in the app.  

     

    We are looking at adding more functionality pre-meeting and post meeting and I would love to discuss what you have in mind as funtionality we should add. Could you please email me at
