I have tried syncing 10 times. I have closed down the Org and relaunched it and I have tried syncng and waiting 48 hours but all to no avail.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If yes, what did you do to overcome it?

Hi @Grace Todd @Jega Deiva. Thank you both for taking the time to respond to my query. Unfortunately your suggestions didn't work so today I requested a new Org and following the instructions as written, as opposed to doing the steps out of order and it worked! Lesson learnt!
