stuck on : create a custom record position page

i have followed steps as per instructions mentioned on trailhead  but its showing as technical position page API and label not found in technical section and after i tried to solve . then its showing that developer name should be unique.

    To rename a custom Lightning Record Page:

    1. Navigate to Setup.
    2. In the Quick Find box, type and select Lightning App Builder.
    3. Locate the page you want to rename in the list.
    4. Click Edit next to the page name.
    5. In the Lightning App Builder, click on the page properties (the blank area outside of components).
    6. On the right-hand panel, update the Label and Developer Name.
    7. Click Save and Activate if needed.
