Hi Team,
I am facing an issue with a Trailhead hands-on challenge.
Challenge name:
Navigate Guest Experience Bookings
(Become an Agentblazer Champion 2026 → Use Employee Agents to Get Work Done)
Even after completing all the steps, the challenge is not getting verified.
Error message shown:
"We can’t verify that the 2:30 PM Experience Session booking for Miko Mitsumi’s family has been canceled."
Details:
- Logged into the correct hands-on org:
- Booking has been canceled and saved correctly
- Waited more than 15 minutes and retried
- Refreshed the page and tried again
Still the issue persists.
Kindly help me identify what might be missing or how to resolve this verification issue.
