Mapbox maps displaying as blanks, again

Hello community,

I'm using custom Mapbox maps for my projects, and I'm having a weird issue in Tableau.

I've used these custom maps for my dashboards before, which are on Tableau Public. Until very recently, the maps were displaying just fine. Yesterday however, I noticed that all of my custom maps now show up as blanks when they're viewed online.

I had this problem back in Nov 2023 (

), which was solved then, and I didn't have issues until now.

I've tried removing unnecessary elements in Mapbox, republishing them and using them in the dashboards again. They appear fine when dashboards are open in the app, but when published online (to Tableau Public or wherever), they show up as blanks. I've also tried unselecting needless layers (Maps > Background Layers) in Tableau, and then publishing again, but to no avail.

I haven't change anything else in these maps other than removing unnecessary features, like roads etc, where possible. The issue still persists. Someone pointed out that it could be related to this issue:
