How do we resolve the issue from Module "Refine Your Prompt Template for Accurate Agent Replies". 

There are two flows missing and I do not have time to create flows. Missing "Get Celebration Details" Flow that we are supposed to reference in order to get challenge checked and credited. Then there is the "Get Open Cases for Contact" Flow that we are supposed to complete within the challenge.
