Is anyone else having the same issue? How did you log in? When I try logging in it says my username is already used but I haven't signed up for this before. Thanks in advance for your help.

When you sign up for these orgs for badges you are asked for both an email address and username. They do not have to be the same! The username simply has to be in email format. What I do is add +<badgename> to the username. So if my email was robbie@duncan.com (it's not which is a shame) and the badge was called Making Pancakes I'd set the username to be robbie+makingpancakes@duncan.com which would pretty much guarantee that it's unique and prevents me re-using these usernames across all the orgs you need when you do many badges.
