Hi,
Default value: I want to keep selected all the names which has CLM
then later if they want to add they can select other application, but initially it has to be default only (which has CLM)
and if they clear the filter , still only CLM should remain selected.
Field name is Components-Split2

Hi Sushi Almeda, this is not polished answer but you can may be further try few more things, I am attaching the same workbook where I have created sets (with CLM values and without CLM Values). Created sheet called Non CLM where Non CLM set comtrols the filter values for Components-Split2. Apply this filter to IN/OUT sheet you have. Float Non CLM sheet and may be make it tiny on your dashboard. Show Componants-Split2 filter from this floating sheet on your dashboard. This filter will have all non CLM values. As you can see I have taken out ALL value from this filter. the CLM values will be selected from the previous Components-Split2 dropdown( you can hide this filter later). May be you can show a text box or Readonly original filter saying CLM values will be always selected (a little bit user training). I know its not much but a workaround.
