Making charts on the fly

Is such a thing possible? I have a table of data, indicators by county (example attached). This table has a bunch of counties, and each county has a bunch of indicators. They are also by race/ethnicity. I want to post this data set and have people be able to click on an indicator and see a chart showing the county outcomes for that indicator. I don't want to have to make a chart for each indicator. Is it possible for Tableau to generate charts for each indicator, based perhaps on a template I set up?
