How to create a top 10 for a measure based on a particular date, while showing historical data

Hello,

In the attached workbook, I have 21 ID#'s for which we a mileage data point every 2 weeks.

I want to create a chart that shows the top 10 ID#s by highest mileage specifically on 3/29/23 (or the most recent date), while still being able to show the other historical data points.

In other words, considering only the 3/29/23 data points. filter for the top 10 ID#s with the greatest mileage, while still showing historical data points

It feels rather simple, but I haven't been able to figure out a way to get it done.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated, thank you!

**Note: ID #8 does not have data for 3/29/23
