I was asked to create a report that contains M1021a, M1023b, c, d,e,f.. I am trying to capture patient with a sepsis dx A30-A49 I need to pull in Primary, secondary, etc... I created a calculated field for each oasis question, once I did that I wanted data to show patient with the dx of sepsis at the start of care and if other. the other column is created for Resumption of Care patients because Sepsis was not the dx at the SOC but is now the Dx for the ROC. I hope I explain it for someone to understand. I created a if statement and was able to create an IF statement with 2 Oasis type question but when I tried to add more I was an error as you can see.
