We are not able to connect Tableau Online to PostgreSQL data base. Initially we got the error: "the server violates the ip allowlist/blocklist restrictions". After allow listing the IP addresses of our Tableau site location, we get the error "the connection attempt failed".
Although we are able to connect to the database from Tableau Desktop using LBLM. Please advise.

@Mohamed Sameer A gentle reminder that the folks in the Forums are mostly volunteers that kindly provide their time to answer questions. As you've already opened a Support Ticket I would recommend reverting back when the ticket is closed to share the outcome.
