All of a sudden I upgrade my desktop and Sever 2022.1.4. In Addition, if I try to add an existing extension to the tableau desktop I received this error, but on sever for other workbooks that extension is working. How do I solve this problem?
The extension is running on Sever, but if I try to add it to a new dashboard it gives me that error in the attachment below.

I did the extension is working fine they said. i will reach out to the site Administrator and see what happens.
