Grand Total of columns not computing correctly when filtering by a calculated field.

Hi,

I created a field called "Underutilized/Overutilized". I am trying to only show the underutilized neighborhoods, but the grand total columns are not changing when filtering. I know I am probably missing something. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
