I am trying to create a scatter plot. Details below and file attached.

X Axis is a satisfaction level from a survey (ie. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) from column "satisfaction.rating".

Then I would like to have the data from column "custom.issueTypeTree (1)" each show up as a different shape (ie. Skin care would show as an X and Customer Account info would show as a O).

Then on the Y axis, it would be the count of how many times a category (ie Skin Care) was rated on each satisfaction rating.

So each dimension on x-axis (ie 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) would have up to 6 marks (Skin Care, Customer Account Info, Other, Order Inquiry, Landmark Logistics, Returns) where each is a different shape and then plotted on the Y-axis based upon how many times that category occurred.

Thank you in advance to anyone willing to take a look and help out!

Apologies if the above isn't totally clear with the right Tableau lingo but I am a newbie and this is my first help post!
