How can I calculate rate of change from YoY if I have applied year as a data filter in my dataset?

I would like to show the YoY rate of change of enrollment and state aid per student but don't know how to calculate that while year is a filter on the dataset.How can I calculate rate of change from YoY if I have applied year as a data filter in my dataset?

    There is Jim's guide how to do YOY calculation in severals ways. Check the 4th one to make what you want.
