How to use Dynamic Filter from "MAP" to show only one or multiple charts on DASHBOARD

Hi Group,

I am completely new to Tableau attached is the tableau worksheet that I created.

In the Dashboard tab, what I want to do is when I select the dot or point on the Map ONLY Then the other charts / graphs should appear or else it should show some kind of a text that can be Description of the Dashboard or something along with that Map.

I saw couple of videos and tried out but not working for me. Can anyone please help!!
