I have two files: one that has a badge data and another file that has the headcount for each org code. One of the org codes had a headcount change on 2/7/22. It changed from 29 to 30. However, I cannot seem to get the 30 to show up under Current Headcount in the attached workbook. Also, how can I calculate the % show based on the current headcount for that specific date? Thank you for the reply. Regarding the Calculation1 field, the calculation1 should be 29 for all the dates until 2/7/22. On 2/7/22 and later, the calculation 1 field should display 30 since the headcount had increased by 1. I was trying to think of tweaks to your calculation, but couldn't quite get it.
On the excel sheet attached, I highlighted the two rows which are basically the same, except the headcount is changed. Appreciate your input!
