Conditional Formatting colour in Heat Map using Both Dimensions and Measures

With reference to the attachment, my problem statement is hereunder:

I want to conditionally format the X column (Measure) for each Category (Dimension). Currently, I am able to do conditionally formatting across the whole column. Couldn't find any option to further break the same basis Category , say C1 and C2.
