(Note: I am using Tableau version 10.5.7, and I do not have the workbook attached for data security purposes)

For my workbook(of which I did attach a screenshot image of)  I have a dimension called "State" that is either "OK" or "Scrapped". I have columns for each of these respective values, and I have them divided into rows of  "line" which is divided by "ST". I am trying to create an additional column to display the percentage of "Scrapped" for each  ST in a line, however I cant seem to properly calculate it(I keep ending up with 100 for every single value, it seems like its just giving things a value of "1" every time, and even then I can't seem to create an entire column from the value anyways. What can I do to achieve the desired view? I attached a picture for the calculated field I am using for my percentage as well as an image called desiredViz that demonstrates my desired result
